The Deserted Atelier is a new biome in the Forgotten Kingdom DLC and like most lush vegetation based biomes on Yaesha, the Deserted Atelier is a biome where you will find several Deer going out their business and running into you just as you’re about to heal or reload.
There are at least 2 variations of the Deserted Atelier, the one you need will be the one with the square section of map just up from the main biome checkpoint which will have a path leading off to the left to a Grove with a large Doe statue at the back of the area.
Once you’re in the Grove, go along the right and left paths killing all of the Doe as they go about their business until they’re all dead which will cause the Protector of the Grove to spawn and start attacking you.
You will have a heavy amount of Antler attacks, charge attacks and magical attacks to contend with as well as the Doe’s skills which will determine the difficulty of the fight. Shocker, Cloner and Sand Guards can really mess your day up whereas Empathy and Regenerator aren’t that difficult to work around. Use powerful elemental based attacks focusing on fire or shock to help bring the beast down whilst avoiding the Antlers and the magic until you manage to bring the Aberration down.
