The Dreki pair will count towards one of the Crater Hunts as you work towards Invasive Species and is considered as one of the Dragon Hunts on your World Overview. In order to get to The Crater you will firstly need to complete the Creatures of Prophecy main story quest where you rescue Freyr then, on your back to the Mystic Gateway you will come across Lúnda’s dog, Helka beginning the Scent of Survival Favour, which, once completed, will land you in The Crater.

What Lies Below Favour

Once in The Crater you will, in order to access the Dreki’s lair, complete the Return of the River Favour by bringing the waters back to The Crater. Whilst working through the Return of the River Favour you will need to go up in a lift, clear the Seidr, smash the boxes and throw a Spear in to the weak point clearing the passage through to the floodgates. After squeezing through the gap you will see a Dreki eat a Gulon which will start the What Lies Below Favour.

Open the floodgates by clearing the vines off the wall then use the wheel which will drop the water level behind the wheel enabling you to enter the Dreki lair.

Go right from the wheel, down the slope then look across to your right to see a pillar you can throw a Spear in to allowing you to mantle across to the Dreki lair.

Ensure your Runic abilities and Rage meters are well charged as the pair of Dreki you will face hit hard, can stun you with lightning as well as diving back in to the water attacking you with ranged attacks as well as tail swiping, biting, clawing and generally doing their best to ruin your day. Make good use of your Rage and Runic abilities when the Dreki are close to one another so they both take some of the damage and switch to your other weapons often to keep the negative status effects applied.
