To access a fountain, simply locate it in the areas listed below then interact with it where you will then receive a boost in game which will help you progress further. Dependant on the portal that appears at the Boiler Room depends on whether or not you will need to go through to round 5 or 6. If there’s a Transmit at the Boiler Room you will need to go through to round 6, where as if there’s a Blitz / Harvest you can get it done in round 5.
Demonic Fountains
The 5 fountains you need to find are:
Fiendish Fortitude
Fountain Square> Offices> Increase Health.
Head back towards the Apartments behind the Altar of Covenants then look to the right at the top of a small staircase in front of the Offices area to find the Fiendish Fortitude fountain.

Diabolic Damage
Apartments> Increase Critical Damage.
Once you clear out the Apartments for the first time in a session you can then access the Diabolic Damage Fountain on the ground floor of the Apartments building.
Aethereal Haste
Theatre> Boost Move Speed.
Clear out the Theatre then go to the lower level of the foyer to find the Aethereal Haste Fountain.
Venomous Vigor
Panzer Column East> Boost Regen Speed.
Head through towards the Boiler Room from the Theatre to find the Venomous Vigor Fountain.
Demonic Frenzy
Boiler Room> Boost Reload Speed.
Go left from the Venomous Vigor fountain down into the back of the Boiler Room to find the Demonic Frenzy fountain.
Once you have used all 5 Demonic fountains in a single session, your Trophy will unlock.
