Here is the Black Myth Wukong Bullguard boss guide which will help you take down a mandatory boss very early in the game who can easily rip chunks off your health bar if you get complacent.

Location: Black Wind Mountain, Forest of Wolves, Front Hills.
Rewards: x428 XP, x392 Will, x2 Yarn.
Run up to the Bullguard who will attack you with a long Halberd with swipes and slashes before leaping up into the air then slamming down with an AOE attack you won’t want to be near when it lands. Keep attacking and dodging until you receive the Immobilize spell which then allows you to lock the Bulguard in place for a short time so use that time to inflict as much damage as you can.
Given the fact this fight happens so early in the game take the opportunity to learn dodge timings, when to back off and when to punish, for example after the jumping slam, the Bullguard will be recovering for a few seconds so use your best combos and either jumping attacks or heavy attacks to wear the Bullguards health down.
The Immobilize spell will recharge over time so if you are struggling, run around until it refills then get in there quickly upon using Immobilize to inflict some damage which will then put the Bullguard down soon enough.
