During the Within Time Everlasting Sub Mission you will essentially be fighting several of your companions in various forms and with there being 6 back to back bosses you need to be frugal in the early missions to stand a chance against the later bosses. The Sub Mission begins with a 2 vs 1 against both Yagyu Munemori, a Master Samurai and Saito Fuku, an Onmyo Master. Take them both out then defeat the tank like Honda Tadakatsu before Minamoto no Yoshitsune comes along for a chat.
If you haven’t fought Minamoto no Yoshitsune before then load up the Triple Triumph Sub Mission (complete the Triple Triumph Myth first) and fight Minamoto a few times. He will have the same move set in this fight with the main difference being he has gained an extreme amount of power so avoid those sword drops and tornadoes.
With Minamoto no Yoshitsune brought down, Kusanagi and a heavily shielded Himiko drop in to the arena so leave Himiko alone whilst avoid her ground shaking Onmyo and just focus on Kusanagi as attacking Himiko will enrage Kusanagi making the fight a lot tougher.
Finally you have to use whatever resources you have left to take on and bring down Taksugi Shinsaku, the boss you fought in the Sweet Sound of Strings Story Mission and he has enhanced heavily for this fight with much more powerful attacks, that Pistol which I’d like to throw into the Abyss and a grab attack designed to end your run. As Takasugi is the last boss in this Sub Mission get him down by any means possible just as long as you take the win as failure means a full restart.
