Here is the NIOH 3 Well, Well Well Myth which will see you needing to check on 2 Wells as you search for the Ghosts Son only to realise he has become a Yokai having fallen into the third.

Closest Shrine: Sanjo, Ohikoji Street.

Go West to the Ghost who you can speak to just by the narrow paths in the Sanjo region who will ask you to check 2 Wells, one is in the Nijo Castle region and the other is in the Shirakawa region, it doesn’t matter which one you check first, for me I went to Shirakawa first at the Gion Alley Shrine.
Run down the path where you will find a Nuppeppo and Jailer, both of who need killing then go to the Well on the left side of the building at the top of the next hill. Speak to the Ghost then travel to the Nijo Castle Ruins Lake Shrine in the Nijo Castle region.
Kill the Yasha when you get close to the Well just West of the Shrine and speak to the Ghost again who will then remember its not the 2 Wells you have already checked, it must be the third Well he didn’t think about until now. Travel down to the Gojo Bridge Shrine in the Gion region, look at the stairs then jump up to yuor right and follow the path along the cliff edge down through the Soldiers.
Use the Spirit Vein to get to the upper level then interact with the blade on the right side of the Well next to the cliff edge to spawn the Ghost again. Kill the Kyokotsu boss who is incredibly weak compared to the other enemies in the local area and speak to the Ghost one last time to finish off the Well, Well, Well Myth.
