Head over to Saigagake, push through the area, mantle up and across the Beams watching out for the Ninja and any other enemy who wants to push you down to the ground, head through the caves and up to the Saigagake-Rear Approach Shrine which will soon become your new best friend. Ensure you have your best gear, Guardian Spirit, a full compliment of healing and Elixirs and anything else you consider useful in battle.
When you’re ready to be freed from this Mortal Coil several times over, head through into the Temple and to face off against Takeda Shingen who has been doing some serious Yokai juicing since you last fought the Human version in the Crucible.
Takeda will zip around the arena, use delayed attacks, cause massive AOE damage and generally hit you like a freight train at every given opportunity so you need to get behind him and if you have the Daiddara-Bocchi Soul Core from completing the Disaster at Lake Hamana Myth you will be able to equip that and have the Sloth Talisman which slows Takeda down for a time making the fight a lot more manageable.
