You will need to collect the item from the fallen Mage who is just North of the Rajomon: Suzuka Avenue Shrine just left of the junction leading to the Filthy Flooded street and before you get to the second sleeping Wheelmonk in the area. With that item collected, the Mystery of Rajomon Sub Mission will become available at the Battle Scroll.
Begin the Mystery of Rajomon Sub Mission at the Battle Scroll then fight through the village, buildings and streets taking out the warring Yokai and Soldiers as you go. When you get back outside and can see the Gaki Mother, watch out for the One-Eyed Oni who is sitting just to her right, so kill them both before running up the wooden ramp.
Defeat the Yokai and Samurai then enter the arena where you will have a good number of Yokai to bring down including a Gaki Chief, One-Eyed Oni, Oni-Bi and normal Gaki enemies before a very unhappy Ryomen Sukuna boss appears. Kill everything to conclude this Sub Mission which is arguably the best Amrita and Gear farm in the game.
