Once Saigagake is unlocked and the Depicting the Tiger of Kai Myth has been completed, you can return to Hamamatsu Castle and speak to Lord Ieyasu who will give you a Candle Dish needed to receive Lord Yoritomo’s Blessing.
Travel to the Lake Sanaru-Waterside Shrine and head left up the path taking out the Yokai on the stairs and in the clearing. As you approach the temple an Onryoki boss will spawn in and veterans of the NIOH series will remember these enemies well. For newcomers it’s essentially a massive brute who easily overpowers you so use your agility to punish.
With the Onryoki dead, drop down and use the Spirit Vein to traverse the gap to the lower cavern where you can place the Candle Dish on the small alter in front of the Six Jizo Statue. You then need to return to Lord Ieyasu and exhaust the dialogue to conclude the Great Shogun of the Heian Era Myth.
