NIOH 3 The Demon's Regimen Myth
Here is the NIOH 3 The Demon’s Regimen Myth which can be started in the Hamamatsu region and requires you to chase down Hayatemaru whilst dealing with several waves of Ninja before needing to defeat Hattori Hanzo himself.

Closest Shrine: Hamamatsu, Hamamatsu Post-Terrace.
Rewards: x1 Ninja’s Locks.
Once you have completed the Searching for a Spy Myth you can speak to Hanzo again which I recommend doing after you rest at a shrine so that way he will be at the start of the Myth in the Hamamatsu District. You will need to chase down Hanzo’s Scampuss, Hayatemaru whilst dealing with 3 waves of Ninja along the route.
Don’t lose the Scampuss as it can be hard to keep track of in the fighting but essentially you want to head for the Amrita waterfall pools where you will then need to fight and defeat Hattori Hanzo who is no pushover with him being a Master Ninja. With Hanzo defeated, speak to him to round off the Demon’s Regimen Myth. The Demon’s Regimen will then become a Sub Mission playable via the Battle Scroll but it will only hold the fight against Hanzo, chasing down the Scampuss won’t be an option.
