Climb the stairs taking out the Soldiers and the Mage to the rooftop where the Aberrant Soldier is waiting to ambush you from the Yasaka Shrine: Nishiro Gate Shrine in Rokuhara before defeating the Enki and kicking the ladder down.
Enter the Temple grounds and fight through the Yokai to the Tempe which you need to get up to the second floor of then drop down to the ground below and sprint round to your left. Kill the Yokai then open the gate to create a much needed shortcut given the lack of Shrines in the area and go into the boss arena to face off against Kajiwara Kagetoki, a Samurai who loves to summon in Yokai to help him bring you down. Show him the error of this ways!.
