Speak to the Ghost standing against the red paper strips on the wall who will ask you to help the Onmyo Mages which then unlocks the 2nd Enemy Base in Funaokayama so get up to Eastern Funaokayama.
Get to the village and clear out the Yokai before heading North to Kamo Village and collecting the item under the Torii Gate before getting to the steps. Climb the steps and defeat the Yokai and Mages to then finalise the Myth.
