Speak to Himiko in the Gambling Den then fast travel to the Kawaramachi Crossroads Shrine in the Sanjo region and clear the Lesser Crucible if you haven’t done so already. Use the Spirit Vein to get up to the balcony and enter the final room killing the Yokai inside before collecting the items on the ground. With that done, return to Himiko at the Gambling Den then fast travel to the Maruta Ruins Shrine in the Nijo Castle region and go East into the Sanjo region.
Collect Ryoma’s Letter from the corpse with Himiko which then causes a series of Yokai to ambush you so kill them all which then spawns in a powerful Mezuki boss who you need to kill. Speak to Himiko once all Yokai are dead to finish off the Ryoma’s Bequeathment Myth.
