NIOH 3 Headaches Myth
Here is the NIOH 3 Headaches Myth which can be started in the Hamamatsu region of the Warring States Era and requires you to chase down a Nuppeppo, make some medicine and cure Lord Ieyasu’s head pain.

Closest Shrine: Hamamatsu, Hamamatsu Castle Keep.
Rewards: x1 Samurai’s Locks, Sohaya Tsurugi Samurai Sword, Righteous Gauntlets.
Finish the Abundant Evil Myth then go over to Hamamatsu Castle and speak to Lord Ieyasu who has a headache. Head to the marker North of the Hamamatsu Gate, take out the Yokai and collect the Ghostly Gall Recipe from the corpse inside the small building on your left.
Return to Ieyasu and Hanzo before dropping down to the Castle grounds and chasing the Nuppeppo who will eventually stop rolling and engage you in combat. Kill the Nuppeppo to receive the Yokai Gallstone which you need to take to the Eternal Rift and craft the Ghostly Gall Medicine with the Blacksmith. Return to Ieyasu and Hanzo to cure their headaches with the medicine and conclude the Headaches Myth.
