Once you have helped Honda Tadakatsu in the Abundant Evil Myth you can then go to the Otemon Gate Shrine and speak to Honda Tadakatsu who wants to fight. Watch of for the Guardian summons as they can inflict heavy Lightning damage slowing you down, try and get behind Tadakatsu as best as you can and use aerial attacks or magic to gain the upper hand.
Put Honda Tadakatsu down for the Becoming Champion of the East Myth to become Sub Mission playable at the Battle Scroll.
